Besides holding CFO positions at Castrol/BP and Disney, Vaidya has led financial control, reporting, and strategic planning efforts across international markets. As CFO at Star-Disney India, he played a crucial role in post-acquisition integration. Vaidya’s diverse background includes work with renowned companies like Procter & Gamble and Boston Consulting Group.
