Raghavendra Prasad appointed CS at Zen Technologies

Zen Technologies Ltd has announced the appointment of Raghavendra Prasad Movva as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer effective from May 6, 2023. Raghavendra Prasad Movva is a qualified Company Secretary, who also holds an L.L.B. degree from Acharya Nagarjuna University and a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University in Hyderabad. He has almost 8 years of post-qualification experience in various areas of corporate and allied laws, including listing compliances and drafting. Prior to joining Zen Technologies, he was associated with NAVA LIMITED for almost 8 years, where he was responsible for the overall corporate compliance framework for the listed Company and its group.

Furthermore, Ashok Atluri has been re-appointed as the Chairman and Managing Director, while Kishore Dutt Atluri has been re-appointed the President and Joint Managing Director of Zen Technologies Ltd for a period of three years starting from May 1, 2023. The re-appointment of these two executives will ensure continuity and stability in the leadership of the company.
