M&M Financial reappoints Milind Sarwate as an Independent Director

Milind Sarwate has been appointed for a second term of 5 years as an Independent Director at Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Ltd starting from April 1st, 2024. Sarwate, who is the CEO and Founder of Increate, is an expert in advisory, mentoring, ESG contribution, and independent directorship. Increate focuses on creating business and social value by emphasizing capability building and governance and social aspects of ESG. Mr. Sarwate has previously held independent directorship roles at major companies such as Asian Paints, FSN E-Commerce (Nykaa), Matrimony.com, and Hexaware, where he specialized in audit committee roles. He has an experience of 39 years in the industry, and he has been on listed company boards since 2005. Prior to this, he served as the CFO and CHRO at Marico & Godrej.
