Sumitra Goenka Appointed Independent Director of Plada Infotech

Sumitra Goenka has been appointed as the Independent Director of Plada Infotech. Goenka is CEO of Triangle (a unit of Ratein Infotech India Pvt. Ltd.) and on the board of Madhyom Freshfrugies Storage and Logistics Private Limited. She is also a Co-Founder of OjasTatva Life Private Limited. She worked with Ratein Infotech India Pvt. Ltd. for more than 23 years. She is a member of the Institution of Company Secretaries of India and has completed her Masters in Management from the MET Institute of Management, Mumbai University.
