Stove Kraft Reappointed Shuba Rao Mayya as Independent Director

Shuba Rao Mayya is reappointed as the Independent Director of Stove Kraft Limited on 29th July 2023. She serves as a Director on the boards of several reputed companies such as Happiest Minds Technologies Limited, Le Travenues Technology Limited and Confirm Ticket Online Solutions Private Limited, Ace Manufacturing System Limited and Ace Designers Limited. Earlier she has been associated with ICICI Limited, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited and Tata Consultancy Services Limited. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai and is a Chartered Accountant.
