Sandeep Shah Concludes His Term As Independent Director Of IRB Infrastructure Developers

Sandeep Shah has completed his term as an Independent Director and consequently ceased to be a Director of IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited w.e.f. February 04, 2025.

Shah has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since August 1983. He joined J. M. Shah & Co. as a partner in 1984 and became its proprietor from 1985 to 2011. Since 2011, he has been a partner at Shah & Baxi Associates. With 37 years of experience as a practicing Chartered Accountant, he specialises in company audits and direct tax.
