Rohan Deshpande Completed His Term As An Independent Director Of Indo Amines

Rohan Deshpande completed his term as an Independent Director of Indo Amines Limited on February 24, 2025. Consequently he has ceased to be an Independent Director of the company with effect from February 25, 2025.

Deshpande is a practicing advocate, enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa. Based out of Mumbai, he frequently appears as an arguing counsel in various commercial litigations and taxation matters before the Supreme Court of India, the Bombay High Court and its Bench at Panaji, Goa. He also appears before the National Company Law Tribunal, the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, ad-hoc arbitral tribunals, etc. His areas of expertise include income tax, indirect tax, company law, arbitration and insolvency resolution.
