Ramesh KS has been appointed as CEO for ECS-2 Domain of UNO Minda

Ramesh KS has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for the ECS-2 Domain of UNO Minda Limited, with effect from August 17, 2024. He shall report to Nirmal Kumar Minda, Chairman and Managing Director of the company.

Ramesh has 32 years of experience in operations, business development, engineering, sourcing and supply chain, and B2B business development. Before joining the Uno Minda Group, he held key positions in various organisations such as Ather Energy, Portescap India, Fortive/Danaher, Visteon India, Lucas TVS, and Kunal Engineering Co. He also has significant experience working with both domestic and international customers. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Madras and an MBA in finance from Symbiosis, Pune. Additionally, he has earned several prestigious certifications, including: Certified Professional in Corporate Governance by IICA; Certified Trainer in Situational Leadership (SUI); and Certified in A3 Problem Solving.
