Rajendra Shantilal Shah, Sanjay Majmudar, and Dileep Choksi Retired As Independent Directors of AIA Engineering

The second consecutive term of Rajendra Shantilal Shah, Sanjay S. Majmudar, and Dileep C. Choksi as Independent Directors of AIA Engineering Limited ended on September 10, 2024. Accordingly, they ceased to be Independent Directors of the company with effect from September 11, 2024.

Rajendra Shah holds the post of Chairman and Whole-Time Director of Harsha Engineers International Ltd. He is an engineering graduate.

Sanjay Majmudar is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), with experience in mergers and acquisitions, debt syndication, project finance, multinational structures, financial advice services, and direct tax legislation.

Dileep Choksi is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). With a wealth of expertise, he specialises in company restructuring, tax impact research, establishing partnerships and joint ventures, and tax planning and structuring.
