Ajmera Realty & Infra India Limited Appointed Kartik Sharma as Company Secretary on 25 July 2023.

Kartik Sharma is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and has six years of experience in corporate governance, listing compliance, and compliance with the Companies Act of 2013, SAST, PIT, and other corporate laws. He served as the company secretary and compliance officer for KSS Limited (formerly K Sera Sera Limited) before joining Ajmera. Kartik Sharma graduated from Rajasthan University with a Master’s in Commerce and Law.
