Independent Directors Of Uniphos Enterprises, Pradeep Goyal And Swati Mayekar, Have Retired

Pradeep Vedprakash Goyal and Swati Sandesh Mayekar, Independent Directors of Uniphos Enterprises Limited, completed their second term of five years with effect from September 19, 2024.

Pradeep Vedprakash Goyal, with early career experience at Mukand Ltd., Degussa International, and Air Products and Chemicals. He joined Pradeep Metals Ltd. in 1983, later becoming Chairman and Managing Director in 2001. He also serves on the Boards of multiple companies and is a Fellow of ASM International. He is Chairman of the Ekal Vidyalaya Foundation. He is an IIT Kanpur B. Tech graduate in metallurgy and furthered his education at MIT, USA.

Swati Sandesh Mayekar has over four decades of experience, and she is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). As a partner at S Panse & Co., Chartered Accountants, she holds directorships in companies such as Arysta Lifescience India Ltd. and Equipoise Capital Management Pvt. Ltd. She also holds a B.G.L. (General) degree with first-class honours.
