Company Secretary Brijesh Kumar Resigned From Jubilant Industries To Pursue Other Opportunity

Brijesh Kumar, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Jubilant Industries Limited, has submitted his resignation to pursue an opportunity outside the organisation. The management has accepted his resignation, and accordingly he shall be relieved w.e.f. November 13, 2024. Further, he has also tendered his resignation from the post of Company Secretary from a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, i.e., Jubilant Agri and Consumer Products Limited, w.e.f. November 13, 2024.
