CFO Suhas S. Kolhatkar Retired from Kirloskar Pneumatic, Ramesh Birajdar Takes over

Kirloskar Pneumatic has redesignated Ramesh Birajdar, Vice President, Corporate Finance, as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) with effect from January 2, 2024. He replaced Suhas S. Kolhatkar, who retired on January 1, 2024.

Ramesh Birajdar, a chartered accountant and company secretary, has over 25 years of experience. Prior to Kirloskar Pneumatic, he worked with Transformers & Rectifiers (India) as CFO, Lear Corporation as Regional Finance Controller, Kalyani Carpenter Special Steels as Vice President, Finance and Company Secretary, and Automotive Composite Systems (India) as CFO.
