Ashank Desai Appointed as Chairman of NRB Bearings

The Board of Directors of NRB Bearings Limited, on August 12, 2024, has approved the appointment of Ashank Desai, Non-Executive, Independent Director, as the Chairman of the company. Desai is the founder of the noted IT company, Mastek Ltd., which he founded in 1982. He was also a founder of the National Association of Software & Services Cos. (NASSCOM) in 1988. He is currently the Vice Chairman of the Society for Innovation & Entrepreneurship and Bombay First.
