Akanksha Kotwani Appointed Company Secretary of Simplex Castings

The Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Akanksha Kotwani as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Simplex Castings Limited, with effect from January 9, 2024. She replaced Pooja Jethmal, who had tendered her resignation, with effect from January 8, 2024, due to personal reasons.
