Ratnamani Metals & Tube re-appointed Prakash M. Sanghvi as Managing Director

Prakash M. Sanghvi is Re-appointed as the Managing Director of Ratnamani Metals & Tube Limited with effect from 1st November 2023.

Also, the Company Re-appointed Jayanti M. Sanghvi as Joint Managing Director, and  Shanti M. Sanghvi as a Whole time Director. At the same time three Independent Directors Pravinchandra M. Mehta, Divyabhash C. Anjaria and Vinodkumar M. Agarwal have stepped down from the board on 3rd August 2023.

Prakash M. Sanghvi holds around 15% stake in the company along with his wife Reshmi Sanghvi. He has an experience of more than 45 years in the metal industry.

Jayanti M. Sanghvi another Promoter Director has experience of more than 42 years in Corporate Procurement, Human Resource Management, Administration, Corporate Communication and Liasoning. He has also been actively involved in social and welfare activities.

Shantilal M. Sanghvi has experience of more than 40 years in the field of Marketing and Business Development Activities. He has been involved  in handling corporates and customer relationships.

Prakash M. Sanghvi, Jayanti M. Sanghvi and  Shantilal M. Sanghvi are three brother who along with other family members and entities own 60% stake in the company.
