Sanjiv Sachar Appointed as Additional Non-Executive Independent Director by Info Edge

Sanjiv Sachar has been appointed as an additional non-executive independent director by Info Edge India Limited on July 15, 2023, pending the necessary approval from the members. 

Aged 65, Sachar is a distinguished member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Having retired as a senior partner of Egon Zehnder in 2016, Sachar brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the table. He currently serves on the boards of HDFC Bank Limited and KDDL Limited and is the designated partner of Sachar & Sachar LLP. Furthermore, Sachar is an active partner of the Delhi chapter of Social Venture Partners, a global philanthropic network. He also acts as the chief mentor for Huddle, an incubator located in Gurgaon. In addition, Sachar played a key role in the establishment of two successful firms. He co-founded Sachar Vasudeva & Associates, a prominent Chartered Accountancy and Management Consulting firm. Additionally, he was involved in the creation of Direct Impact, an executive search firm.
