Yasho Industries Ltd has named Deepak L. Kaku as its new CFO

Yasho Industries Ltd has appointed Deepak L. Kaku as their new CFO, effective immediately. Kaku is a finance professional with more than 23 years of experience in various industries including financial services, real estate, education/publication, manufacturing, and supply chain. He was previously employed at Navneet Education (Navneet Group) as the Group Chief Financial Officer and has also worked for ANZ Capital, Samira Habitat, Intelenet Global Services, and Stream Global Services. Kaku has a wealth of experience in finance and strategy, including corporate finance, business planning, mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, accounting, management reporting, and senior management accountability for profit centre operations. He is a qualified chartered accountant and has received ‘The Financial Express CFO Award.’ Kaku is an alumnus of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Jai Hind College in Mumbai. His most recent position was at National Bulk Handling Corp, which is an investee company of True North.
