Vasudha Sundararaman appointed as Director at Rane Engine Valve Ltd

As of today, Vasudha Sundararaman has been appointed as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive and Independent Director at Rane Engine Valve Limited. She holds a B.Sc in Zoology from Stella Mans College, Chennai, an M.Sc in Zoology from Madras University, and is certified as an Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers. With 35 years of professional experience, she previously served as the Chief General Manager of the State Bank of India (SBI). During her tenure, she was actively involved in implementing Business Process Re-engineering projects for the bank’s Retail Loan Processing and played a leadership role in designing and implementing a unique HR project that aimed to impact individuals within the Bank. Vasudha Sundararaman also serves as an Independent Director on the Board of Cholamandalam Financial Holdings Limited and Rane (Madras) Limited.
