Upendra Deglurkar Appointed as Independent Director at 3P Land Holdings

The Board of Directors of 3P Land Holdings Limited has appointed Upendra Goraksha Deglurkar as an Additional Director (Non-Executive-Independent) for a period of 5 years, with effect from January 20, 2024. Subject to the approval of shareholders.

Upendra Deglurkar, aged about 57, has experience of about 35 years in multinational organisations, and Deglurkar has held the position of International Sales Manager in Indonesia. Currently, he is engaged with the Indian arm of the multinational; he is a Board Member of M/s. Bobst India Pvt. Ltd. He has a Bachelor in Engineering (BE) and an MMS from Pune University.
