Sunil Sethi Appointed Independent Director of Bikaji Foods International

The Board of Directors of Bikaji Foods International Limited has considered and approved the appointment of Sunil Sethi as Additional (Non-Executive Independent) Director for a period of 5 years, with effect from November 6, 2023. Subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Sunil Sethi has over three decades of experience in the FMCG and alcoholic beverage industries. Sethi has held key roles in blue-chip Indian and multinational organisations, including Wipro Consumer, Cadbury India (now Mondelez), Diageo, Colgate Palmolive, Kelloggs, and Fonterra. He serves on the board of Modenik Lifestyle as a whole-time Director. He has worked across the Asia Pacific, Sub-Saharan Africa, and some Central Eastern Europe markets, and he deeply understands consumer, customer, trade, and cultural nuances. He is a certified executive coach. He currently serves as an advisor to the New Zealand Trade and Enterprise (NZTE) Beachhead Network and External Advisor with Bain Consulting. He has been the Chairman of Government Relations on the Board of the Indian CEO Forum in Sri Lanka, a member of the Board of Governors of AMCHAM (American Chambers), and the Chairman of the AMCHAM FMCG Committee, Malaysia, for 4 years. He holds a master’s degree in management studies from Mumbai University and is a commerce graduate from Delhi University.
