Steven Chapman Resign as Chairman Cummins India

Steven Chapman has submitted his resignation as a Chairman of the Board and Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director of Cummins India Limited with effect from September 30, 2023.

Steven Chapman holds several important roles. He’s on the board of Axalta Coating Systems Limited and serves as a Senior Advisor to the US-China Industrial Cooperation Partnership, a private equity fund managed by Goldman Sachs. He’s a Vice Chairman of ZAO Cummins Kama in Russia. Chapman spent 18 years at Cummins Inc., holding various positions, including Director of International Business Development and Vice President for Southeast Asia and China. Chapman is actively involved with Carthage College in Wisconsin and serves on the Yale Greater China Board of Advisors. He has a bachelor’s degree in Asian Studies from St. Olaf College and a master’s degree in Public and Private Management from Yale University.
