SPARC’s Company Secretary Dinesh Lahoti Resigns

Dinesh Lahoti has resigned from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Sun Pharma Advanced Research Company Limited with effect from September 11, 2023. He had joined SPARC in July 2021.

Prior to that, Lahoti served as the Manager- Secretarial at Sun Pharma and also held a similar position at Reliance Industries Limited. Earlier he served as the Company Secretary of Permanent Magnets Limited. He holds a Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree from K.C Law College.
