Shareholders approved Ramesh Ramachandran as MD of Mahindra EPC

Mahindra EPC Irrigation’s shareholders have approved the appointment of Ramesh Ramachandran as Managing Director. Ramachandran has over 30 years of leadership experience in innovation, marketing, strategy, and management. He worked at Unilever for 9 years in the UK and Europe, then spent 6 years at a consultancy helping big companies start new ventures. Ramesh also has six years of experience with Shell in India. Since 2015, he has been with the M&M Group, where he set up Krish-e, a farming service, and managed strategy and precision farming. Krish-e has helped over 100,000 farmers and generated Rs 450 crore in business. Starting August 1, 2023, Ramesh is leading Mahindra and Mahindra’s Agri sector. He’s been on boards for agriculture tech startups and served on CII and FICCI councils. Ramesh holds an MBA from INSEAD, an MMS from S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research, and a B.Sc. (Hon.) from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University.
