Sannovanda Swathi Resigns as Independent Director of Simplex Castings

Swathi Sannovanda Machaiah, an Independent Director of Simplex Carstings Ltd., has resigned from the board effective immediately on October 5, 2023. She’s stepping down due to personal reasons and other commitments. She also served as a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders and Relationship Committee.

At Orient Green Power Company Limited, she is an Independent Director and serves on the Audit Committee and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
