Shalini Talwar Appointed as Company Secretary of Ansal Housing

The Board of Directors of Ansal Housing Limited has appointed Shalini Talwar as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, with effect from December 17, 2023. She replaced Som Nath Grover, who resigned due to personal reasons with effect from December 16, 2023, and the company has accepted his resignation.

Shalini Talwar is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Talwar has over 7 years of experience in corporate and secretarial services.
