Saurav Banerjee Appointed CFO of GTPL Hathway

The Board of Directors of GTPL Hathway has appointed Saurav Banerjee as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the company with effect from November 16, 2023. He will replace Anil Bothra, who has resigned to move for career progression.

Saurav Banerjee, aged 57, a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience, specialises in leadership for Strategic Planning, Restructuring, Franchise Initiatives, Funds Management, Controllership, Risk Management, Financial Accounting, Audits, Profitability, Cost Analysis, Process Transition, ERP Implementation and Stakeholders’ Management (including Board and Audit Committee). He has worked with GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals, Radio Mirchi, GATI Limited, Rosy Blue (India), Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri Limited and KEAN Group.
