Sanjay Agrawal Appointed CFO of Man Industries

Sanjay Kumar Agrawal has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of Man Industries (India) Limited, with effect from April 1, 2024. He replaced Ashok Gupta, who superannuated on March 31, 2024, after a successful long career stint with MAN Group.

Agrawal has 32 years of experience since obtaining his Chartered Accountant qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). Prior to joining MAN Group, Agrawal held similar positions with organisations such as Transrail Lighting, Jindal India, and Skipper, among others.

The company has also notified that Pramod Tandon has completed his second and final term as an Independent Director of the company on March 31, 2024. The re-appointment of Pramod Tandon for the second term was made on April 1, 2019, for a period of 5 years. Accordingly, he retired on March 31, 2024.
