Religare Enterprises Appoints Rajat Kalra As Company Secretary

The Board of Directors of Religare Enterprises Limited has approved the appointment of Rajat Kalra as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer designated as Key Managerial Person (KMP) w.e.f. October 8, 2024. He replaced Reena Jayara, who has resigned, and her last working day in the company was October 8, 2024.

Rajat Kalra has over 23 years of experience. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has worked for companies such as Interglobe Aviation Ltd., Biocon Biologics Ltd., Akums Drugs & Pharmaceuticals Ltd., Dr. Lal Path Labs Ltd., and Aricent. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in London and a Law Graduate.
