Raymond Reappoints Dinesh Lal as an Independent Director, Mukeeta Jhaveri Retires

The Board of Directors of Raymond Limited has approved the reappointment of Dinesh Lal as an Independent Director for a second term of three years, with effect from August 1, 2024. Subject to the approval of the members of the company.

The current term of Mukeeta Pramit Jhaveri as an Independent Director of the company has expired on July 31, 2024.

Dinesh Lal has more than 50 years of experience in the shipping industry, and he has made notable contributions to the growth and establishment of multiple shipping and logistics ventures in India and abroad. He played a pivotal role in creating mutually beneficial relationships between companies and government bodies. Some of the famed quasi-government projects in India were established under his guidance and participation. Currently, he is a Whole-time Director of AMI Global Logistics.
