Rajesh Chawla is the new CFO of Varun Beverages

Rajesh Chawla is appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of Varun Beverages Limited, with effect from May 14, 2024. He replaced Lalit Malik, who resigned from the post on May 13, 2024.

Rajesh Chawla is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and joined the company on February 1, 2021, as Senior Vice President, Finance. Chawla is a finance professional with a diversified career spanning more than 28 years of experience in controllership, commercial, manufacturing finance, financial planning, taxation, etc. Before joining Varun Beverages Limited, he worked with reputed organisations like Whirlpool and SIS Group. In his earlier roles, he led various projects of margin improvement, cost rationalisation, working capital optimisation, strengthening cash flows, and driving the ERP strategy of the organisation.
