Radha Unni, Non-Executive Independent Director Of South Indian Bank, Has Retired

Radha Unni, Non-Executive Independent Director of the South Indian Bank Limited, retired on December 3, 2023. She has ceased to be a Board member upon attaining the age of 75 years, as per RBI guidelines and in line with her terms of appointment.

Radha Unni has 39 years of experience in the banking sector. Prior to joining South Indian Bank’s Board, she had worked with the State Bank of India as Chief General Manager. During her tenure at the State Bank of India, she handled corporate credit and project appraisals for small and medium enterprises. Her other assignments included risk management at the corporate centre, non-performing asset (NPA) management, business process re-engineering programmes and transformational change management.
