Network18 Media & Investments Appoints Nitten Gupta as Company Secretary

The Board of Network18 Media & Investments Limited has appointed Nitten Gupta as Compliance Officer with effect from June 15, 2024. He replaced Ratnesh Rukhariyar, Group Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company, who resigned to pursue opportunities outside the group; his last working day would be June 14, 2024.

Nitten Gupta is a qualified company secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), a law graduate, and holds a postgraduate diploma in management. Gupta is the general manager (corporate secretariat) of the company and has been associated with the company for more than a year. He has more than 20 years of experience in corporate secretarial, compliance, corporate restructuring, and corporate legal.
