Mishtann Foods’ CS Shivangi Shah Resigned

Shivangi Shah, Company Secretary, Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of Mishtann Foods Limited has tendered her resignation with immediate effect due to personal reasons. The Management of the Company has accepted the resignation and fixed the relieving date as January 31, 2025.

Shah is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). She joined Mishtann Foods in 2021 and prior to that she has worked with Sakar Healthcare, Kushal Limited, Prime Customer Services Limited, and S&P Global Market Intelligence. She started her career with Tapan Shah & Co.
