Manappuram Finance Announces Management Changes

S.R. Balasubramanian, Non Executive Director of Manappuram Finance Limited has resigned from the post of Director of the company due to personal reasons, with immediate effect from May 9, 2024.

The Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Renjith P.R. as Chief Human Resource Officer, with effect from May 9, 2024. Renjith has expertise in digital and conventional learning techniques and expertise as a core Human Resource Management professional. Well acquainted with ISO-9001:2000, 14000 requirements, procedures, and compliance standards for HR. Working with global consulting companies like E&Y, KPMG, and Boston Consulting in various HR practices and programme management. He is a subject matter expert in Talent Management, Talent Processes, Balanced scorecard implementation and performance management, and business plan reviews and implementation. Has exposure in HRMS (in Oracle), Payroll, and Finacle (Infosys) LMS (Sumtotal).

The Board has reappointed Madhu Mohan, Vice President, as Chief Risk Officer for a period of two years, with effect from July 17, 2024.
