Maharashtra Seamless ltd appoints Anuj Kumar Jaiswal as CFO

Starting from June 1, 2023, Anuj Kumar Jaiswal will take over as the Chief Financial Officer and Whole-time Key Managerial Personnel at Maharashtra Seamless Limited. With a dedicated experience of more than 21 years in managing finance and accounts functions within the steel industry, implementing business improvement strategies, and developing financial plans, Jaiswal brings valuable expertise to his new role.He holds professional qualifications as a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, and Cost Accountant. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Premium Steel and Mines Limited and has also worked with Vedanta Group and Nalwa Steel & Power Limited.

Jaiswal replaces Sarat Kumar Mohanty who has resigned from the position of Chief Financial Officer at the company, effective from May 31, 2023.
