Kushal Agarwal Steps Down As Independent Director Of Websol Energy System; Deven Kaushik Retires

Kushal Agarwal has resigned as Non-Executive Independent Director of Websol Energy System Limited due to certain emerging unavoidable personal situations with effect from February 06, 2025.

On the other side, Deven Kaushik is set to retire as Non-Executive Independent Director of the company on completion of his tenure with effect from February 10, 2025.
