Jaspal Singh Sabharwal the Non-Executive Director of Restaurant Brands Asia resigns

Restaurant Brands Asia announced the resignation of  Non-Executive Director Jaspal Singh Sabharwal with effect from 23rd August 2023. Sabharwal has been associated with the Company since its incorporation. He was appointed as a Director in November 2013. He has significant work experience in the food and beverage industry, he worked with Coca-Cola India Inc. for approximately 10 years. Later, he was a partner at Everstone Capital Advisors Private Limited. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science from Kurukshetra University and a Master’s degree in management from McGill University, Canada.
