Intellect Design’s Independent Director Arun Shekhar Aran Retired

Arun Shekhar Aran has completed his second and final term as an Independent Director and consequently ceased to be a Director of Intellect Design Arena Limited with effect from June 26, 2024.

Aran also ceased to be the Chairperson of the Audit Committee, a member of the Nomination Remuneration and Compensation Committee, and a member of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee.

Arun Shekhar Aran has over two decades of experience and currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of NUCSOFT Limited. He has served as a Director of Nucleus Software and Nucleus Software Workshop Pvt. Ltd. Earlier, he worked at Asian Paints as Systems systems manager. He has completed a PGDM (MBA) from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIM Ahmedabad). He has also completed his Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
