Independent Director Sandeep Parikh Retired from Lyka Labs’ Board

Sandeep Parikh completed his term and consequently ceased as the Independent Director of Lyka Labs Limited with effect from September 25, 2023. Parikh is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, with extensive experience in auditing, taxation, and finance. He was the member of Audit Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee at Lyka Labs Limited
