Harsh Mehta Quits Peninsula Land Board For Insider Trading Violations

Peninsula Land Limited had informed the Stock Exchange about the resignation of Harsh Amit Mehta as an Independent Director with effect from March 20, 2024. Consequently, he shall also cease to be a member of the Audit Committee of the company.

The company has informed the exchanges that there have been instances of violations of the Code of Prevention of Insider Trading by him as well as by companies where he was a director. He has also paid a penalty of Rs 29,834, and his related corporate entities have paid around Rs 1.07 lakh.
