Filiz Albrecht steps down from the board of Bosch Ltd

Filiz Albrecht has submitted her resignation as a Non-Executive Non-Independent

Director of the Bosch Ltd. The resignation comes into effect from close of business hours on April 15, 2023. This is consequent to her leaving Robert Bosch GmbH, the company has informed. She has been a member of the Board of Management and Director of Industrial Relations, Robert Bosch GmbH since January 2021. She studied business law at Westfälische Hochschule Gelsenkirchen, Germany, and business administration at Pfeiffer University in Charlotte, North Carolina.
