Escorts Kubota’s Company Secretary Satyendra Chauhan Resigns

Satyendra Chauhan has resigned from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Escorts Kubota Limited with effect from February 29, 2024, due to personal reasons.

Satyendra Chauhan has over 15 years of experience at Escorts Kubota. Before joining Escorts Kubota, he served as the Manager of Legal and Secretarial at Spectranet, Division Punj Lloyd Ltd., held positions in Legal and Secretarial at DCM, and worked as a Company Secretary at M.S. Capital and Management Services Ltd.
