Dhanlaxmi Bank Appoints Ajith Kumar K. K. as MD & CEO

The Board of Directors of Dhanlaxmi Bank Limited approved the appointment of Ajith Kumar K. K. as Managing Director (MD) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for three years, with effect from June 20, 2024.

Ajith Kumar K.K. has over 36 years of experience with the Federal Bank in various facets of banking, including Credit, Human resources, Business and Branch Banking. Presently, he is the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and President at Federal Bank. He is also the Director of Federal Operations and Services, a subsidiary of Federal Bank. He received the Gold Award for the TR Leader of the Year in the category of large-scale organisations in the Economic Times Human Capital Award. He has an MBA from Cochin University of Science and Technology and a degree in agriculture from Kerala Agricultural University.
