Bindu Saxena ceased to be an Independent Director of Inox Wind Limited with effect from October 21, 2024, upon successful completion of her term on October 20, 2024.

Bindu Saxena is an advocate and a partner of the law firm M/s. Swarup & Company in New Delhi. She has over three decades of experience as a corporate attorney with experience in commercial transactions and projects in India and overseas. She has completed her bachelor’s in commerce and bachelor’s in law from Lucknow University.
