Ashish Devalekar To Head Europe business, Anurag Bhatia will lead BPS at Mphasis

Ashish Devalekar has been appointed as Head of Europe at Mphasis Limited, while Anurag Bhatia, the current Head of Europe, will lead Mphasis’ Global Business Process Services business (BPS) with immediate effect.

Ashish Devalekar has over two decades of experience. His diverse career encompasses serving on the Capgemini UK Country Board, overseeing a £2Bn+ business, and championing diversity and inclusion as the lead for Financial Services UK&I. He has worked in diverse environments, consistently delivering growth across large global corporations and niche BFSI domain companies. He also played a key role in establishing Polaris operations in 12 European countries, contributing significantly to regional revenue growth.

Anurag Bhatia has more than 22 years of experience and has held various roles at Mphasis for more than 10 years. Prior to Mphasis, Bhatia worked with Accenture, WNS Global Services, IBM, and SAP. He completed his MBA and BA at Delhi University.
