Noel Tata Appointed As Chairman Of Tata Trusts Following Ratan Tata’s Passing

Noel Tata has been appointed as the Chairman of Tata Trusts following the death of his half-brother, Ratan Tata.

Noel Tata, a trustee of the Sir Dorabji Tata Trust and the Sir Ratan Tata Trust, will now manage Tata Trusts, which own the majority share in Tata Sons. His significant experience in the Tata Group, where he currently chairs Trent, Voltas, and Tata International, made him an obvious successor. Noel’s appointment comes after Ratan Tata’s death, leaving a legacy that Noel plans to carry on.
