Independent Directors Jagdeesh K. Reddy and Dr. Pangal Ranganath Retired From Prestige Estates Projects

Jagdeesh K. Reddy and Dr. Pangal Ranganath Nayak have completed their second and final term as Independent Directors and consequently ceased to be directors of Prestige Estates Projects Limited w.e.f. September 23, 2024.

Since November 2009, Jagdeesh K. Reddy has been on the company’s Board. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Mangalore University. He has also completed his Master’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh.

Dr. Pangal Ranganath Nayak has over three decades of experience. Currently, he serves at Vikram Hospital as Director of Medical Services. In May 2020, he received the Fellowship of the Royal College of Physicians (Edinburgh) (FRCP). He was awarded the Hargobind Overseas Training Fellowship for advanced training in interventional cardiology in Australia and France. He holds a DM in cardiology from Christian Medical College, Vellore, an MD from Command Hospital under Bengaluru University, and a bachelor’s degree in medicine and surgery from St. John’s Medical College, Bengaluru.
