Pawan Kumar Thakur Appointed as Company Secretary of Mangalam Cement

Pawan Kumar Thakur has been appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Mangalam Cement Limited with immediate effect He replaces Tarun Arora, who was holding the position of the Compliance Officer since August 8, 2023. However, Arora will still be the Assistant Company Secretary of the company.

Pawan Kumar Thakur, who is fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, and having around 21 years of experience in the secretarial & legal field as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. He is a law graduate from Calcutta University and holds Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
