Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri Ltd Appoints Ramesh Chandak as Independent Director

Ramesh Chandak was appointed as the new Non-Executive Independent Director of Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri Ltd on 20th June 2023.

Ramesh Chandak is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He is the CEO of ROC Business Advisory, which provides Coaching of personalised leadership, strategy, succession planning, and management services. He completed a qualifying course in Advanced Management Programme, on leading transformation and organisational renewal at Harvard Business School in the United States. Chandak is also the Vice Chairman and Trustee of Mumbai’s Victoria Memorial School for the Blind.

He was the MD & CEO of KEC International Limited till March 2015, when he started his Advisory practice. He has a successful career spanning over 40 years in engineering, infrastructure, edible oils, and textiles, with global corporate experience working in India, Malaysia, and the United States. He currently serves on the boards of several publicly traded firms and non-profit organisations.
